Impact Living Services supports 17-21-year-olds transitioning to independence in Richmond. We provide personalized support, resources, and guidance to help young adults develop the skills they need for stability, success, and a smooth path into independent living.

Residents have access to 10+ local colleges like VCU and Reynolds Community College, cultural attractions such as the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and Maymont Park, as well as recreational spots like Carytown and Topgolf. We provide resources, healthcare, and support organizations to help youth achieve stable, independent lives in Richmond.

Housing Options:

Impact Living Services offers a variety of housing options, including apartments and townhomes, tailored to meet your needs as young adults transitioning into independence. Once you get in contact with us, we will guide and support you through the process of securing your housing, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience. All arrangements are managed directly through Impact Living, not the apartment complexes.
