Asiana Rollins began her social work career serving in various capacities such as a Parent Coach, Intensive In-Home, Direct Service Provider, Family Clinician, Behavioral Specialist, and as a Family Services Specialist working in Foster Care, In-Home, and as an Independent Living Coordinator. Asiana joined the Impact team in August of 2022 as Site Supervisor. In her free time she enjoys traveling and binge watching her favorite shows on Netflix. Asiana finds her true passion in assisting youth to be self-sufficient and developing them to become the future leaders of society.

Impact Living Services’ Independent Living program provides essential support for youth transitioning out of foster care into adulthood. With a focus on helping individuals build independence, the program offers a variety of resources, including housing, education, and employment assistance. Additionally, participants receive life skills training in areas like financial literacy and time management, all while being empowered to thrive. By offering comprehensive guidance and support, Impact Living Services ensures these young adults have the tools they need to succeed. Through this program, they foster independence, confidence, and a positive path toward adulthood.
