Tabatha Johnson works with children, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s ups and downs—including emotional challenges, social stressors, and major life transitions. She is passionate about empowering women, supporting overall wellness, and exploring the mind-body connection as part of the therapeutic process. Tabatha provides a calm, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they work toward meaningful goals. She has experience supporting children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral challenges, including difficulties with regulation, attention, peer relationships, and life transitions. Tabatha has also worked with individuals impacted by trauma, loss, and significant life changes, offering care that is both compassionate and grounding.
Tabatha believes that everyone has a story, and her role as a therapist is not to judge that story, but to sit with clients, hold space, and support them as they explore their experiences at their own pace. She views therapy as a collaborative process rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect—never rigid or intimidating. Outside of work, Tabatha enjoys being outdoors through hiking, kayaking, gardening, and riding side-by-sides. She also loves traveling and experiencing new places.
