Heather Frost has worked as a counselor in two residential homes for children and teens who have experienced past trauma. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, including mission trips, various volunteer activities with children, teens, adults, as well as the elderly, and spending time with her family. Heather finds her true passion in assisting others in breaking the cycle of trauma.
