Meet Danielle Preston

Education: Associates in Education from Central Virginia Community College; BS in Psychology from Liberty University; MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University

Danielle brings experience serving individuals and families in a variety of community-based settings, including intensive in-home services, mental health skill building, and school-based day treatment. Through this work, she has supported clients in navigating emotional, behavioral, and environmental challenges while building practical tools for long-term stability and growth.

Her counseling philosophy is grounded in an integrative, person-centered, and strengths-based framework. Danielle focuses on promoting insight, healing, and resilience, empowering clients to create meaningful and sustainable change in their lives. She values collaboration and strives to create a supportive environment where individuals feel understood and encouraged.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking local trails and parks, listening to podcasts, reading, visiting coffee shops, and being with her two dogs. She values community involvement and lifelong learning, both personally and professionally.
