Community Stabilization (CS) provides short-term, intensive mental health support for individuals of all ages who are experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis but do not require hospitalization. Whether in the home, school, or other community settings, CS services offer essential support for children and adults to stabilize and maintain their well-being outside of a hospital environment.
What We Offer
Our Community Stabilization program focuses on delivering immediate, personalized care in the comfort and familiarity of the individual’s community. - Avoid psychiatric hospitalization or re-hospitalization by offering 1-on-1 support
- Provide a safe and secure living environment to reduce crisis situations
