Wes Bell holds a BS in Sociology from James Madison University and an MA in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University. With over 15 years of experience, he has dedicated his career to working with the foster care and Independent Living populations. Throughout his journey, Wes has passionately advocated for supporting youth as they transition out of foster care. His unwavering focus lies in improving their futures by ensuring they have access to resources and guidance. Additionally, Wes remains committed to making a lasting impact, helping youth build brighter, more successful futures.
About Independent Living

Impact Living Services’ Independent Living program provides essential support for youth transitioning out of foster care into adulthood. With a focus on helping individuals build independence, the program offers a variety of resources, including housing, education, and employment assistance. Additionally, participants receive life skills training in areas like financial literacy and time management, all while being empowered to thrive. By offering comprehensive guidance and support, Impact Living Services ensures these young adults have the tools they need to succeed.
